facebook bro, then I think you've not used ebay in my opinion or may be you've used it long ago.
Things are different now.
I'm not here to promote or demote any services.
-Positive feedbacks means all products the seller has sold is good.
-Power Seller is what I meant. I don't believe other sellers at all just like you.
-and yea, you can easily get through someone live to talk to. Before that, you need to work out with seller.
Talking to ebay representative is always a last resort.
-Products you buy off ebay do have warranty. You don't go to seller to ask for warranty , it's the manufacturer of the laptop you seek out to.
But if you get the DOA stuff, they do have return policy. Make sure you read all those.
-On top of that, recently ebay is literally treating it's buyer as GOD. Believe me, I'm a seller and I'm so upset how ebay is so harsh on sellers whereas so lenient to buyers. If one buyer makes bad complaint, I may risk losing business with ebay. With this constant fear in sellers mind, they do co-operate with buyer. Believe me, buyer is always on safe side.

The only thing you can't get normally through online purchase is the touch and feel of the product. That's when I visit my local stores like bestbuy asking for specific model, demoing all the features, and if I like it, I buy it from online. Bestbuy, they do charge insanely. Even a simple power adapter for any laptop would cost so much that you can get it on ebay at 1/10 of the price on stores.

I don't write stuffs just like that unless I've experience with it. And, my experience says go for it.
Sorry if you had some unpleasant experience with them. I had once but  I gave it a second try and ever since I'm on it since 5 years.
