hello frens, 
i have a question, any help and suggestions is aprreciated....i will be graduating with bachelors on Clinical lab. science this may. And I am looking for some companies or lab to sponsor my H1B.
How would I know which company will sponsor me or is there any tips or suggestions that will help me to guide through H1B process. I have been getting offers from different hospitals but I really don't know if they gonna sponsor me and asking them on the interview session is quite demanding and awkard. 
So can you guys please suggest me, what do i need to do. I have googled some companies like (h1base.com) who claim to help for processiong H1B, are they trust worthy?
