TMA is right. Media jumping on this as a slip are guilty of a mental "sigmoidian" slip, or spewing crap before they think. As they 9/11 Commission might conclude, there was a failure of imagination. On the otherhand, John Kerry definitely slipped during his acceptance speech when he said he would double Special Forces to conduct "terrorist" operations. He instantly corrected himself...but for a split second before doing so, it sounded like Kerry's policy, not Bush's, would result in creating more terrorists. LOL...
