Mr/Miss ESP, Yes the council has brainstormed on many occasions on what we have done and what we have not done. We know what we have done and where we have failed. No we have not only catered our programs to 9-5 professionals. We have organized our events on Sundays when our non 9-5 professionals can come. We have organized events for students. We hold informal happy hours during the weekdays so that anyone can come. ESP, you seem to have great ideas on what GBNC should be doing. WHy don't you come forward and help the council? Why don't you take the lead in organizing the next event that is catered to non 9-5 professionals? GBNC council will extend its financial, logistical and operational support to you. We need folks like you to come forward and give us light on what we are not doing and show leadership. Come forward. Meet us executive members. Let us convert talk to actions. We welcome you. If we have failed somewhere, we need help from folks like you - cause this is not just my organization - but yours too. To all the other members, I am delighted that many are concerned about GBNC. Why don't you channel your concerns to active support? With the limited time we have, there is only so much we can do. If you want something to happen, come forward, join the council. If you don't have the time, at least help us during our programs rather than simply complaining. A sad habit that many of us Nepalese have is we sit around, talk and complain. We say our organization isn't doing anything, our country isn't doing anything and things are going down the drain. All I am going to say is merely talks will get us nowhere. We need to channel our frustrations and complains into positive constructive action. Only then will we progress.
