One of my friend told me that if you have worked in H1B in USA, it would be more easier to get canadian PR. My roomate's brother who had canada PR told me that they calculate work experience in hour and if you can provide enough evidence that your english is good and don't need IELTS, then they will wave ur IELTS requirement as well. Currently I am on my OPT, I am just working two full time job just beacuse it would be easier move canada in future. Hope this would help you. If you have more info, pls share with us so that we can get updated.
