Exactly... Caste system is good only when it tries to preserve its culture while respecting others. And about the people, there are good and bad people in every castes, race and sex. For everything else, caste system has been curse to our society. It has been a major dividing force in our society because of the literacy gap. Few people at the top are smart enough to utilise the curse in their favor and the rest are dumb enough to follow blindly.
The result: whenever u log on to any nepali blog site or news site, racism is evident. Noone is nepali, they r either bahun, newar, madhesi, gurung, or (put any group here).
