Well be happy you were younger than 16 while you appear on SLC exam. Go witht the flow.
They could have just added year and keep the month and date same.
Once children was taken to school and asked about the date of birth , and parents keep track of how old he or she is. Then the administrator or who ever is enrolling will select a moth and date for the child. His real date of birth goes by school.
Is that happen to you?
