While people are talking about corrupted people and torturing few of them, to set example. Let me talk about something i would do.
If i became capable, i would increase the compensation for the civil servants who work their a$$ off to provide food to their family. I would give them better benifits like free education for their children, health care and retirement funds which they can rely on. And then if anyone who can afford living with his own paycheck takes bribes, i would show him the door of prison.
I would make the election process transparent and make candidates debate ( like here) and take their stands before taking office.
I would try to encourage nationalistic feeling and make daura suruwal, national dress of Nepal.
