EB3 is a mistry. You are looking at at least 6 - 10 years of time.  I am hearing about this new HR 3012 bill. If that bill somehow makes it's way to the president desk and become a law then that would be a disaster for nepali EB3.

Bad credit does not have any thing to do with immigration. Sometimes bad credit leads to a civil court case and will show on your background. But civil penalties do not affect immigration process.  So do not worry about it. However it is always good to repair your credits. Potential employers do check credit background.
