I only watched 6 minutes of it. This is 2 minutes worth of news and they have 95% narrative inserted just to lengthen the segment.
Anyways, I feel bad for the people whose house are getting destroyed. It was the government who let them build these houses. But that doesn’t excuse them from the fact that wider roads are needed and that their houses are encroaching the public road. Maybe Government could have adapted a more diplomatic method and given the homeowners some time; but I highly doubt that it would have worked if the tone was softened. This action will also send clear message to others would be builders.
Anyways, sorry about the destruction. I just hope this is done without any bias and that we will have wider roads.
