I have a question for you. are you planing to transfer from Nepal or are you currently in USA and want to transfer from another university?
** If you are planing to come from Nepal is, be sure make ur paper work. Most of the university in Texas needs 1 years of experience in med-surg or ICU, If GPA <3.0, GRE but if you are coming from nepal, definately GRE and ToEFL regardless of ur GPA.
I would recommend other universities like University of Nebreska, Sunny upstate medical university in buffalo, NY. These both universities provides CPT (I have email from international student advisor) and they have their own teaching hospital so that once you finish your education, it would be easier to get job. They dont need GRE however if you are coming from nepal, definately you need GRE.
** About texas espt university of texas at arlington, You have to make an appointment with nursing director who can give you advice and they have right to skip your 1 year experience if you show enough knowledge that you are eligible for NP candidate.

** The reason why i know this is coz, I have been communicating through email with these colleges. I am planing to go for masters in fall for acute NP and i want to go this year coz they are making it 4 yrs program by next year. But i finished my BSN here in USA though and I am tired of working and felt like I should go back to college again.

** Thanks... Well gud luck.. If you have any question, let me know and i can suggest some universities which are on my list and application deadline for fall is feb 1st for most universities.
