What's your point here? 

People drink alcohol according to their taste. Who will look at the % of alcohol in it. If I wanna drink vodka today, I will drink vodka. It won't be as much as beer though. I don't want to get my liver damaged. I drink beer most of the time and occasionally wine and liquor. I don't drink liquor as much (by volume) as wine and I drink wine lesser ( in volume) than beer to get drunk at the same level. I don't go over three 12 oz beer if I have to work next morning. In weekends, I almost finish a 12 pk
