Glad u asked. When I say "in large part" I meant the olive oil you buy in the stores, the ones with Extra Virgin titles, they are mostly a mix of different oil with olive scents on them. Most will have some portion of actual olive oil but too much of other mixes that the actual "extra virgin" part loses its meaning. The end result is that you will be consuming olive oil without getting its said benefit; rather getting the bad ingredients.
