The only thing needed in our country is practical implementation of decentraliazation. Decentralization was there, but it wasn't in practice, most of the parties are just passing their time in federalism and how u create the states. Just focus more on decentralization, people don't want their country to be divided onto states just want more responsible and powerful local states.
