As far I know room rent/living expense is expensive around northeastern(boston) comparing to other city. And also I doubt you going to find any nepali people living around northeastern. Since you are student the best thing I would suggest is try to find room outside boston so that you can be on your budget. And MA has one the best public transport in US so going to college from any place won't be any hassel.
