as of your email I am assuming following:
- When you apply for the visa application, you must have clearly mention about the current residence info. i.e USA address.
- IMM5257E Form: you should provide " Country where applying" i.e for you it's gonna be USA.
- you should also provide the ticket itenarary ( possbly from nepal to canada). This is where I see a minor problem.
