If you chose a job reference service plan that includes a live operator, then a live operator will answer every call where information can be provided to any inquires.
What if I choose the Voice Mail Plan?
In the "real world" and mostly due to call volume Voice Mail is a common form of communication. If you choose our Voice Mail Plan, callers are first directed to a professional v-mail system where they will be asked to leave any employment verification requests so our Human Resources Department can contact them with your references you provided us.. Again, as in the "real world", Employment Verification is mostly done per email and fax request. (To see a list of most commonly asked questions on a reference check..Click Here..) A operator is always available by pushing 0, and will always call them back asap. For those wanting to contact a "supervisor" for professional references, he/she will be available thru a extension number where they will reach his/her voicemail. If you requested other professional references, each will be given alternative phone numbers where they will be directed to a personal v-mail system and a operator will call them back.
How will I know if anyone calls?
We will send you a e-mail when someone calls about you and supply the contact person, company name, email address, and phone number.
What about my privacy?
For your protection we do not collect or share any personal information about you, such as your name, mailing address or credit card number.
Can I add or change information on my references?
YES! You are given a personal account number that identifies you and a specific email address to correspond with us on any changes or additions to your references when you sign up. We also set up a forum with a "help" section to help you with any quick questions you may have. This forum is monitored regularly by the owner of careerexcuse.com who is committed to you getting everything you paid for.
Is misinformation on a resume illegal?
No, Since a resume is not a legal document, it is not illegal to misrepresent on a resume.
Can I get caught and fired?
We can't guarantee that you wont and not liable if you do. If you get the job in the first place..we did our part. It's up to you to act responsible after you get the job.
You make any guarantees or promises?
We Guarantee.. that you will receive job interviews within 30 days or we will add additional job references and make as many revisions to your job references AT NO COST TO YOU!
If after 60 days you do not receive an inquiry from a prospective employer, we will refund your subscription * Allow 15-30 days as refund must be in a form of a check.
We Will PAY YOU $50 if an inquiry is made on your job references and you do not get a job offer within 30 days. Simply fax a rejection letter to us and allow 15-30 days to receive your check.
