1. Graduated in December 2010
2. Opt started Feb 2011
3. Worked for 3 months March-May
4. Sick leave without pay May-July
5. Unemployed after August

Now I am trying to apply for change of status to H-4.

Do you have any idea if USCIS will look for unemployed status during this May-Oct time?
