Try getting new things in mall...and winter is a not good time to start though...you should either get into it in christmae or summer....but mall ko rent christmas ma high huncha so if you wanna go little earlier your rent may be cheaper....but try to bargain wid mall management...that was what i did not do and one reason behind i closed kiosk....
