Yes guys. Everyone should have same oppertunity in Nepal.  Noone should be known for his caste, religion or family. This is only possible when government can Act according to constitution. In this 20 years, not a single words from constituion is followed. No leader ever bother to read the constituion, I bet, 50% of our law makes (samsad) does not know what is written in our constituion. They are there to make a new one. Anyway that is a differnt story. Madesh is being issolated from Nepal for so many years. Now, the time has come to prove Madhesh is Part of Nepal. How can we claim Madesh is Nepal, unless they are treated as Nepali, comeon...give them all what other Nepali get, that is what people from mountain to terai need. Millitary, govenment, police everywhere, there should be transparancy............people are to be provided opportunity to study and give them choice, what they want....blah blah...blah, we talk a lot, but never do anything............anyway lets see now
