arko during panchayat era there might be nagarikta becheko in 100's and it was really hard not only madhesis but also too other people (don't just listen much to deadbeat political figures, it took mine 2 years but glad they did all homework) but not like in lakhs that we have seen distributed in thela gada with only three people swearing to it hence there are more indians getting citizenship that even pure nepali madhesis don't recognize them(read papers) and this 10000 sena agenda is pushed by india to mingle in nepali sena (20 lakh fake nagarita bata 10000 yogya channa dherai possible cha hajur and who knows how many "raw"'s are there).
