Nothing happened, the total number of army in the country count 10000 from Madhesi and 6000 from Maoist. Some of the Madhisi people who will be going to work in gulf will work for Nepal army. It is another kind of job. The will also serve for big master. Just make the lower army work for upper army, if there is flooding or something happen, try to work there, if not just do nothing. I mean, I am not criticizing army but the country like ours where 1.9 million people working in gulf, Malesia, Korea, europ, it doesn't matter if you add another 10000 army in total count. Regarding Madeshi, if Madeshi has vested interest to separate nation, even without army they can do that, if not I think those poor Madhesi who are working in gulf, there will be little less count.
