I think if u have masters degree then u r eligible to apply for eb2 category. When I applied fir GC 3 yrs before, the requirement to apply under EB2 cat. was either u got to have bachelor+5 yrs work experience or have completed masters. The crux is u need to make sure ur education is aligned with the current job position otherwise ur labor approval may be rejected. Good luck.
