I don't accept violence. Violence and killing is never justified (unless in self defence as a last resort). 

Here is my point.



1. Baburam might be good or bad prime minister. But it is completely irrelevant.  The one who kills his own citizens should be trailed in an international court of law and should never lead the country. It brings lawlessness in the coutnry because other amred parties and groups will be in their right to believe that they will chose the path of violence to get to the power of the country and would not be punish.  How will baburam set an example by himself being a mass murderer and  trying to force law into other? 


2. People who voices their opinion agianst maoist often on the grounds of human rights are often branded as congress, UML , rajabadi etc in an act of counterdefence.  I know all the parties are corrupt.   But if being corrupt is bad then killing lifes is unpardonable.  There is no way one can bring the life back.    And maoist leaders themselves has been nothing short in corrption.  


3. I know baburam might be enjoying his days.  These are his good days.  He might be taking photographs with US president etc.  But time will tell.  All these tyrants and mass murderes have to suffer. Remember Mohammad gaddafi meeting with tony blair long time ago.You can still find Gaddafi and Tony Blair together if you type their name in google.  But now UK is in war against  Gaddari.  Where is Gaddafi now.  robert Mugabe was given Knighthood once . Now he is ostracize by the west.




When facebook says hatred will take us nowhere. We are not hating anybody. I personally don't hate anybody. I just believe in human right. Right of fair trail. I have seen one of my friend orphaned by Maoist in brutal assult.   For people like him, it is imparative he should be taken to international court.  WE have seen  an innocent principal being dragged from school in front of his student and killed in most barbaric way. HIs only fault was that he didnt wanted marxist courses in his school.  We have seen 8 year old girl burnt alive in the public bus by maoist.


A counter argument is always produced by maoist supporter by saying Nepal army also killed so many people but  the fact is if there was no maoist , there would not have been a war.  And yes, if Nepal Army head was found to be contravening against human right he must be trailed. NObody should be spared. ONly then there should be rule of law in Nepal.  Maoist war have not been justified even after 20 years because the quality and peace of life in Nepal is worse than ever.  Their war seems to be to get their top leaders into power who used poor people to their advantage.   There is no corrption that maoist hasn't done that wasn't done by congress or UML.  When Maoist was in power, one of the international index branded them as one of the most corrupt party.


Prachanda, gave 10 lakh to people who killed by  Nepal Army but  none to the people killed by Maoist. And from that 10 lakh majority went to the party.  They are still getting millions every month in the name of   PLA  .  Infact, PLA has been a cash cow to maoist party.  LOok at their building in Paris dada, you will know how much corruption maoist have done.  Not to forget about prahanda's golden bed.



Even if you leave all the killings aside, what have baburam done so far except for cheap publicity. Just to come to power maoist have shake hands with Pro-indian people in the madhesi party.


1. Remove daura suruwal as the national dress of Nepal.   Only  pro-indian madhesi leader were opposion daura suruwal as the national dress because they wanted to wear dhoti.   NOw see,   I saw in Nepali television, one madhesi leader was very happy and said he can now wear dhoti in international event.



2. Almost all the big factories in Nepal are shut down during last month or so.   Reason....................Maoist Majdoor who works on the direct order of Maoist leaders. They are not fighting for thei rights. But following the leader of netas.  Pleasa go and watch sajha sawal few weeks ago.  What  has baburam done about it.


3. Baburam going and speaking in UN is farcical. UNO was founded for peace in the world after second world war after millions were killed.   How would it feel , if HITLER represented UN  and very next day goes to some university and again says Nazism is the best thing.   Baburams marxism has killed thousands.  ONe day he speaks in UN next speaks in university abour marxism is farcial.  Would he have dared to speak about Marksim in UN?


4. Anohter example of baburam being indian agent. When Hisila yami was foregin minister, she allowed  separate indian checkpost inside TIA. It was unilateral decision . infact indian guards now can go around freely in one of the most secure places in TIA.
