You said it right. Injustice and no law & order is the reason our country is going downhill. Forget about making those accountable, maos are proposing to release even the convicted ones. And yes, it's not just maos, the recent episodes of market inspection in Nepal have exposed many others to be corrupted. This perhaps show that there's something inheritably wrong in our culture, values, uprbingings, education, and etc. etc.
