You might be able to get your I-20 issued for Spring session at Minnesota State University, Mankato. Talk to Julie Rabaey at the International Center there. She is very helpful and has handled a lot of cases like these before. The good thing is that USCIS at Bloomington, Minnesota (70 miles of Mankato) handles reinstatement pretty quick.
