That guy Pawan Kumar was tryiing to whitewash his black money which has has brought from Nepal duping many innocent Nepalese who have deposit in Capital Merchant. You guys in USA at least can create social pressure for him that it is not easy to escape with innocent peoples' money. I have heard that he has now fled to UK. We can also create pressure for him there so that he knows it is not easy living with ill gotten money.
