Hi, I am a Nepali student in USA. I fell in love with a nepali gal who is also in USA on a visitor visa but the visa is expired by over 180 days. I plan to marry her soon. Can anyone suggest how can I adjust her visa as my spouse without a need for her to go Nepal? Would her overstay would affect my greencard which i am planning to apply for one soon. thank you for your advice.
