I don't like the way sajha admin is blocking so called 'unwanted' users.. He can silently block those users - that's what most web admins do. He can email the message to the concerned user as well.

But with the deletion of posts and displaying "hey see.. i am the admin of this site.. I hate this user.. but this guy was pleading .. and I bestwoed mercy upon him in past..  bla bla.." kind of message in bright colored ink, does not look good... and it gives this situation a color of 'extremism'.

SAN can prevent users from posting at his will (cuz he is "The Admin"), but he does not need to make any big noise or unncessary publicity while doing so.
