We are humans after all, driven by our emotions, in that sense, rightness and wrongness may only be seperated by very thin line.  He can come up with  something like people can flag the user if they don't like him/her and censor the user or the post based on those flags.  This flags can be based on the content of their post or the attitude towards others. I am just giving an example, I think he knows better.
