@ Pire bro, are you not getting the gravity of issue so somehow you happen to surpass it!!! Like I said earlier I don’t know the guy interviewed and can’t defend or speak on his behalf. Perhaps you may be right on regards to public service and questioning his eligibility. The point I am raising through his story is not only to address the loopholes and problems in system of Nepal but to come up with innovative ways to implement ideas which the sajha brilliants present at times. Somehow, I observe when to comes to implementation and being creative with its realm the experts are numb or they rather ignore this comment. May be “they” are in a rush to pee...
