Hi All Sajha Members,
I came to USA 2 yrs ago with F1 visa and still i am working on for my second degree. i went back to KTM last year and get married. My husband is an Medical Doctor. He try to come over here through USMLE but the embassy in Nepal denied his VISA. After that i did try to bring him as my dependent on F4 still get denied. I am an Grad student and its my 2nd semester, i dont wanna give up my study and go back to Nepal right now. But on the other side i dont wanna be far from my hubby. Is there any option i can bring him over here. please if you have any suggestion feel free to write it. I am planning to transfer to University in Canada because someone told me in canada they will easily give visa to there dependent is that right ? please if you are in canada or had similar situation please suggest me with good response.
