owner is simple and innocent?/ ha ha..
well honestly i don't know which Nepali owner we're talking about here.. but i knew a couple and they were big time cheaters.. they would hire Nepali without papers or with dv lottery and limited English making them work like 12 hours a day and force them to live in their condo or house and have them pay the rent thus paying their mortgage. Nepali workers would prefer to live somewhere comfortabley but these volchures would force them to be packed in a 2 bedrooms with 6 ppl. plus they would not pay their salary in time because that  would hang them around the sucky jobs little longer hoping to get their full pay one day. they usually pay 9 to 12 hundreds a month which is below below minimum wage for the state of CO. 
but i am not sure who is the owner here ,hopefully he is really innocent and simple as this guy says here.. but mostly Indian , Nepali owners tend to abuse the people with limited english and withoutt papers to the level of slavery. and i really hope it's not this one Nepali owner who acted like he didn't know english but knew everything thing on how to cheat taxes, how to file  docs as cooks and ask 10-20 grands from Nepalis to process their gc.. even how to go get hookers in colfax area but then act like simple and innocent.. 

if you're a hippie kind a American living around boulder area then i let me apologize to you , this owner maybe making a big fool of you..he might be sweet talking to you while you eat there but at the same time abusing the heck out of 10 innocent Nepalis while he puts that fake smile and gives you freen chai and papad...
