The court however acquitted Chiranjiviýs son Devendra saying the evidences submitted by the CIAA against him were insufficient. The CIAA had alleged Wagle junior for exploiting his fatherýs influence for illicit gains. The CIAA had filed a 40million corruption case at the Special Court against Wagle some 17 months ago.
