Redsnow will jailbreak it. Download your 4.2.1 from iclarified. When you run redsnow, make sure you tick the iPad baseband, it will put your baseband to 6.15. When you're done you should have an app named cydia now. Open that, then go to manage/edit/add ultrasn0w to unlock it
