 age shouldn't be a problem as long as you have qualifications, i.e. your +2 certificate, TOEFL/IELTS/SAT, etc. if I were you, i'd look at some colleges first and contact them stating your interest of pursuing undergrad education. tell them what you've been doing during these years (between your +2 and now). i'm sure they'll let you know what you need to do.
