In favour of pessimists

One thing you realize about countries like Nepal is that the people who become 'great men' are not people who had super-clean solutions that never hurt anyone. No. What you realize is a lot of these 'great men' were people who could stir a lot of sh*t in their dealings but avoid getting stained. The art of evasion--avoiding getting caught with your hands dirty...despite playing with dirt....is an art that every "great man" in Nepal must master.

But let's not limit it to just Nepal.

Even America, if you start stacking all political plays in foreign countries, CIA pay-offs, Iran Contras and what not etc, even the president of the United States starts to come out looking a bit discolored. But the United States is to powerful to have their own sh*t stain their shirts.

The lesson?
The world is full of sh*t. Those who know how to play with it without getting caught with it on their shirt, WIN!

And just in case you're wondering, Ha ha ha....That's the pessimist in me talking.
