Well said, I agree with you 100%...I am saying I will hire a fellow Nepali given they also have equal qualifications..I will have a soft corner for Nepalis because I do believe average Nepalis are better at heart and honesty than an average Indian..!!I really don't know much about the changing indian culture and development...I know "outsourcing" and few rich industrialist have given a new height to indian economy..in that, if a few Nepalis become someone, i am not surprised!!

But what ever you have said, I agree, and I am not so "shallow" as you have made me appear--it's just that I think we Nepalis in general are less likely to help our own people than indians..

Anyway, I like what you have written and I agree with you on all of these..but I will still hire my fellow nepali given he is equally competitive...cuz thats my country man...we gotta start doing these things to help each other..!!
