e_curious, shouldn't be a problem if you work out a plan and follow that in nepal and come back to US for follow-ups. it's just some orthodontist have different techniques - not ego stuff. i am in australia so i assume it won't be helpful for ya to calculate on ur costs. it has nearly cost us about Aus $5,500 - $6,000 for the whole commitment. I would say US $4,500 if you convert it. Perhaps, Kalankisthan would be able to give u the exact cost. i would imagine it's more expensive in US.
