Congratulation!!!! TO THE TIGERS
A big question to Indian Team after Sri Lankan saw off them on y'day's match. However, it was a close victory by the tigers. Despite having two proven opening combinations : Tendulkar-Ganguly and Tendulkar-Sehwag, it was Parthiv Patel (6) with Tendulkar (11) in y'day match. With minnows like UAE, Dravid was asked to wicket-keeping. Various questions arising whether Dravid (back bone of Indian team, now - i wud say everything relies on him) shud concentrate on batting only or in both???? SL and IND will meet again on July 27th. In an another match, Pak set the highest total in Asian Cup history, surpassing their 320/3 against Bangladesh at Dhaka in 1999-00. Hats off to the all rounder Sohaib Mallik and Younis Khan whose centuries help Pak to set the target of 343 for HKG. Till now, already 3 centuries by Pak player. I think the new coach has brought a charm/strenght/encouragement to the Pak team. Rawalpindi express was asked to take rest. Next interesting match: Pak vs SL on July 21 and of course, after PAK lost the ODI and TEST series against IND on their home soil, both of them gonna meet again on JULY 25: PAK VS IND Who gonna meet whom in the Semi-Finals ????
