This is the same BIHAR we used to think of and still think of a state that harbor crimes and corrupt politicians. But since last couple of years things have been changing dramatically. Nepali politician and people should learn from them and appricate their effort. As the article says at the end, Nepal should take this opportunity to build our own economy.
