I m in a student visa in uk.I have applied for my visa extension.I applied on march 16th 2011 and i havenot yet received my visas.What happened means our visa has been pended because we  were forced to do more hours by the agency man  for the few months .The case against him is running.The crime and investigation department interviewd us and told us that after the case against the agency man is sorted out then your documents will be processed.

So can anybody tell me :What is the probability of getting the visa extended?
