I got cakewalk music creator too. It worked just fine for quite a while and then just stopped working all of a sudden. Well it works but produces some vibrating sound along with your music. They have no support whatsoever. That sucks. O' as far as your problem, you will probably have to install directx 8.1 or some shyat at their site. Just go to support section and you'll see.
