you need to install nepali unicode in your Pc first ( or you can use online conversions ).
convert your roman text to unicode and copy paste in your html file for eg :

<font size="5"  color="red">
म युनिकोड प्रयोग गर्दैछु
</font>
</p>
saveas your txt file as test.html(or htm ) and dont forget to select UTF-8 under Encoding option(if you are using notepad )
if you have your blog(wp) or other CMS  you can type or copy paste directly
