Other fastest option is -send the scanned copy of your trascrpit, and have them attested by the registrar and send those attested copies directly to the school you are applying. Tell your relatives to do that and if you want without any hassle Fedex original to KTM,  so that they would easily attest those copies, I am presuming that you have original  here.
