They are authorized and they do not require original copies for nepal. You just upload or mail./email photocopy/scanned copy of your credentials and that is it. They will send evaluated copy to admission office or whereever required. I too was in the same situation few years back and it worked for me. My school also asked the evaluation to be done thru original but when I sent thru thsese folks it was OK.
