Has anyone made a duplicate transcript from TU recently?
I need one for some credential evaluations to be sent to the board directly from School, but the people there at Balkhu say that new law requires a letter from CDO, report lost in a daily newspaper and bring some docs from police (similar procedure as for lost passport).

 Is that true? Any recent experience would be appreciated.
