What the hell is "duket sound of democracy?"

I googled 'duket' and read a few definitions and I still don't know what it means.

Next time Bhandari Prabhat wants to address his Nepali constituents living in America perhaps he should at least use language that most (non-intellectual) Americans understand (or use).

I think we have a big problem in our hands when the Presedential Election Candidate of ANA uses vocabulary to address the Nepalese living in the United States.....that Barack Obama would not use in his Presidential Address to address the people born speaking English.

But then, if his purpose is just for us to be impressed with him....without understanding a word he said, I think Bhandari Prabhat just might have what it takes to have a career in politics
