 I did not take the test myself. But, had collected good enough materials and information. You can google and find the four earlier tests and their solutions. The following materials will be useful :

Resnick and Halliday (5th edition) - the solutions are available online.
HC Verma (I & II) - the solutions are available online. 

These two books will be good enough for the topics in mechanics, thermodynamics, electromagnetism , Optics and Wave Stuff . But you need to know the bra-ket algebra in Quantum mechanics , Langragian and Hamiltonian formulation in Classical Mechanics and the basics in Statistical Mechanics . One book you may like to add for your preparation is Modern Physics by Bieser. It may help in all areas but will be specially helpful in atomic physics and so called advanced topics .
