Why India progressed and Nepal didn't

COMPLAINT LETTER TO THE Bhawani Yatayaat IN 2011!!!
 

Devi Prasad Regmi's letter to Nepal Yatayaat sangh:  


 



"I am arrive by passenger bus in Narayangadh station and my belly is too much swelling with Malekhu's machha I had on my way here. I am therefore want to go privy. But the bus conductor say NO. I say why NO. Conductor say no toilet in Bus. I go out and goto one side of road. Then village people come and say NO. I say why NO? Village people say this area belong to Youth Force. I hold my butt with one hand and lota with another and cross street. I sat down then young people come there and say NO. I say why NO?

They say this side belong to YCL.

I feel dung coming out, I ran in the street middle. I sat down then the army man come and say NO. I say why NO? They say road belong to Government. I let the dung go out bhatatata and I say to him "Bhutro Government? Sambhidan lerau ani Government." If he had showed sambidhan I could use it for toilet paper, but he had nothing."

Devi Prasad Regmi wrote this letter to both Bhawani Yatayaat and Nepal Yatayaat Sangh.


Any guesses why this letter is of historic value?


It led to the infinite postponement of sambidhan in Nepal out of fear that it could be used as a .....!!!!

So please compare a worn out story to anything. This happened in 1909 and India is finally seeing the daylight of some development...about time.
